Philip Marshall
Senior Vice President, Yankee Group

Philip Marshall, Ph.D., is vice president of Yankee Group's Enabling Technologies--Service Provider group. Dr. Marshall leads telecom technology research, which arms clients with the knowledge and tools to capitalize on global connectivity change. His expertise spans topics related to wireless, broadband, wireline and regulatory. He manages a team of analysts that investigate market and service opportunities and technology trends for existing and future telecommunication systems. Tom Gruba
Senior Director of Marketing, WiMAX Network Solutions, Motorola, Inc.

Tom Gruba is Senior Marketing Director responsible for WiMAX Marketing in Motorola's Home & Networks Mobility business.  Gruba started marketing Motorola's wireless broadband products with the 2002 launch of its award winning Canopy® wireless broadband portfolio.

He has been with Motorola for eleven years and has served in various business development and marketing roles in both Motorola Networks and the Internet Content and Software Group.  Prior to joining Motorola, Gruba was at ATT Bell Laboratories, ATT Network Systems and Lucent Technologies for 13 years where he held numerous management roles in engineering and product marketing.

Pepe Lastres
Marketing Director, LTE & Cellular Network Solutions, Home & Networks Mobility, Motorola, Inc.

Pepe Lastres is Marketing Director responsible for LTE & Cellular Marketing in Motorola's Home & Networks Mobility business.  In this role, he is responsible for overall LTE, 2G and 3G product marketing including activities related to product and technology direction. 

Pepe previously served as the Director of 3G Solutions Marketing where he supported the global introduction of CDMA 1X, DO Release 0 and DO Revision A.  He has also held the post of Director of Business Marketing for Motorola products in support of our key accounts.  In this role, Pepe was responsible for understanding customer requirements to insure delivery of critical network programs.
